Hygiene Plan according to the latest COVID-19 regulations
Please take note that we are obligated – following § 17 Abs. 1 and 2 of the 2nd COVID-19-Opening Regulations – to collect name, email address, and telephone numbers of persons who participate in the event for the purpose of contact tracing if necessary. Data will be stored for 28 days and deleted thereafter. Further information concerning on-site health and safety measures can be found here.
Update on 27.09.2021: FFP2 masks are now required
Please notice that a FFP2 mask is now required inside the facility hosting the meeting. We kindly ask you to bring your own masks for the duration of the meeting. A simple mouth-and-nose protection will not be sufficient, besides if you do have an exemption for medical reasons.
Important Dates
- April 15 to July 17: Early registration and abstract submission
- Deadline for early registration and abstract submission extended to August 1
- August 2 to September 19: late online registration (there will be NO on-site registration!)
- late August: decision on poster & oral selection
- September 28, 9.00 a.m.: admission of registrants
- September 28, 10.00 a.m.: Young ANA (live-stream) event
- September 28, 12.00 p.m.: official opening of the conference
- September 30, 4.30 p.m.: conference closing
Payment of the Registration Fee
We offer both Online (with Credit Card) and Offline payment but recommend to use Credit Cards. With Credit Card payment, your registration will be instantly completed and confirmed.
For Offline payment you must choose the option: "Invoice me". You will then receive an Email with your invoice. Please proceed by transferring your registration fee to our bank account: IBAN: AT97 2011 1000 0730 7853. Your registration will be completed upon confirmation of the transfer by our treasurer.
Registration for ANA Members
Please use your email address that is associated with your ANA membership account in order to profit from the reduced registration fee.
Cancellation
Cancellations with full reimbursement of fees are accepted until September 5.
Accommodation
We do not have arrangements with hotels. Since September is a popular date for tourists we advise to book accommodation in time.

Non-Members: 180 €
*Student Non-Members: 100 €
Registration after August 1, 2021 (until September 19, 2021):
ANA Members: 150 €
*ANA Student Member: 100 €
Non-Members: 210 €
*Student Non-Members: 120 €
*Reduced registration fees are applicable to student members upon confirmation of student status at the meeting office
