Submission Guidelines

Presentation format: Authors should submit abstracts for all poster and oral presentations.

Font: Use Arial font size 12, spacing 1.5.

Abstract title: The title should not exceed 25 words.

Affiliations: Add all authors and institutional affiliations. Underline the presenting author.

Body text: Limited to 250 words. We recommend using word-processing software (for example Microsoft Word) for editing your abstract and counting the number of words. Abstracts should include Aims, Methods, Results and Conclusions, but submitted in plain paragraph, without sectioning into headings. Use only standard abbreviations. Place special or unusual abbreviations in parentheses after the full word the first time it appears. Adding one graph, figure or image is possible but not required.

Disclosures: Add all necessary disclosures and add the funding source.
